Was the Same Year I Almost
Walked Away From It.
That is when I learned that a successful practice and a sustainable practice are not always the same thing.

Your practice is working.
But can you keep working like this?
Your maximum capacity was never supposed to become
your permanent business model.
If your primary challenge is getting your first clients or launching your practice, this training is not designed for that stage.

you will discover:
-
01Why being fully booked can still leave you maxed out Understand why a full calendar does not automatically mean your practice is supporting your income, energy, or life.
-
02How to recognize where your practice depends too heavily on you Look at what happens when you want to see fewer clients, take time off, or simply stop operating at your maximum capacity.
-
03What needs to change if you want your practice to support your next season — not just this one Identify the area creating the most strain so you know where to start instead of trying to change everything at once.
During the training, we will look at four areas of your practice: Capacity, Income, Dependence, and Future Fit.
You will also receive the Practice Freedom Audit to help you apply what you are learning to your own practice."When I started seeing myself as a business owner, not just a clinician, everything changed. I finally created space in my schedule to rest. Yvette helped me realize I wasn't just allowed to lead… I was born to."
"I did not necessarily need another business.
I needed to build the one I already had differently."
I built the kind of private practice I once thought would give me freedom.
I opened my practice in 2018, went full-time in 2019, built a full caseload, and eventually grew the business to more than $500,000 in revenue.
From the outside, it looked like success. But the year my practice reached its highest revenue was also the year I seriously questioned whether I wanted to keep doing it. I was working on vacations. Working through time with my son. Carrying too much of the business in my own head and on my own shoulders.
And I kept thinking the answer was somewhere else — another platform, another program, another income stream, maybe even another business.
I did not necessarily need another business. I needed to build the one I already had differently.
That changed the way I think about private practice. Today I work in my practice about 5-8 hours a month. I still see clients — 4-5 long-term clients I have worked with for years, by choice, to maintain my clinical skills. Not because the practice depends on it. The income runs without me in the room. And that is exactly what I help other therapists build.
