For five days in Bali, you will do nothing except receive. Slow mornings, intentional meals, a sound bath, breathwork, a beach day, in-room spa treatments, a temple tour, a fire show, dancing, shared storytelling, and a photo day in bright colors that captures who you are when you are not in survival mode. About Your Host

Yvette Howard knows what it feels like to pour everything into a career built around healing others — and wake up one day wondering who was taking care of you.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, doctoral candidate, and founder of Boss Clinician, LLC, Yvette has spent years helping healthcare clinicians build practices that actually sustain them — financially and personally. She has worked with therapists, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, dietitians, and counselors who were doing meaningful work but running on empty. Her message has always been the same: you cannot keep giving from a depleted place.

Release. Restore. Reconnect. is the lived expression of that belief. Yvette did not design this retreat around productivity, networking, or professional development. She designed it around you — the version of you that exists outside of your caseload, your credentials, and your capacity to hold space for everyone else.
