I purchased a product from you but I can't log in to access my product or didn't get a confirmation email
When you purchase a product and can’t log in, there are a few options for what has happened:
1️⃣ You may have used a different email address for making the purchase than the one you're trying to login with (E.g. used your gmail instead of your outlook - this is common).
Please check your other email accounts for our email and login details, including your promotion or spam folders.
When logging in, please use the email address you received our emails from after your purchase.
2️⃣ Our confirmation email has gone to your spam or promotions folder (please check there first before emailing us 👀).
3️⃣ You may have made a small mistake when entering your email at the time of purchase (”.con” vs. “.com” - this happens somewhat often) or a spelling error in the address itself.
4️⃣ You forgot your password.
If you think you may have forgotten your password, go to bossclinician.com/login and tap choose the 'Forgot Password' option at the bottom to resend your password to the email linked to your account.
